Be My Eyes

Be My Eyes is a free mobile app with one main goal: to make the world more accessible for blind and low-vision people. The app connects blind and low-vision individuals with sighted volunteers and companies from all over the world through a live video call. If you are a blind or low-vision user or you want to help those that are blind or have low-vision, this app was made for you.

Otter AI

Generate rich notes for meetings, interviews, lectures, and other important voice conversations with Otter, your AI-powered assistant.

This app listens and transcribes conversations in real time so you can stay up-to-date with what's going on. This has been noted as being helpful for deaf and hard of hearing individuals who may need to know what their doctor is saying while they are wearing a mask. There are paid and free tiers. The app records conversations as well, in case individuals may need the assistance of clarifying information later for someone else who can interpret at a later time.
